Privacy Policy

Last updated: 9 July 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how EveryCall collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information when you use our AI voice answering service or interact with our website. We are committed to handling personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

1. Who we are

EveryCall (ABN 46 797 607 739) provides fully managed AI voice agents for Australian businesses. In this policy, "we", "us", and "our" refer to EveryCall. You can contact us at any time at contact@everycall.com.au.

2. What information we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

3. Call recording and notification

All calls handled by EveryCall agents are recorded and transcribed to qualify enquiries, pass leads to the client business, and improve the quality of our agents. Callers are notified at the start of each call that the call is being handled by an automated system and may be recorded, in accordance with applicable state and territory listening devices and surveillance legislation. If a caller does not wish to be recorded, they can end the call and contact the business by another method.

4. How we use your information

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. Third-party platforms

To deliver the service, personal information is processed on our technology provider's infrastructure (the enterprise voice platform EveryCall is built on) and, where directed by the client business, may be written to that business's customer relationship management (CRM) or practice-management software and connected tools. These providers process data on our and the client's behalf and are subject to their own security and privacy obligations. We take reasonable steps to ensure our providers handle personal information appropriately.

6. Data retention

We retain call recordings, transcripts, and lead records only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law or agreed with the client business. As a general guide, call recordings and transcripts are retained for 12 months, after which they are deleted or de-identified, unless a longer period is required to comply with a legal obligation or resolve a dispute.

7. Cookies, fonts, and website analytics

This website loads web fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser requests these fonts, your IP address may be transmitted to Google and processed on Google's servers, which may be located outside Australia. This is used to serve the fonts and is subject to Google's own privacy practices.

8. Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate, out of date, or incomplete. To make a request, or if you have a privacy complaint, contact us at contact@everycall.com.au. We will respond within a reasonable period. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, with the "Last updated" date shown above.
